As the experience and interaction designer, I worked closely with client stakeholders, a product manager, and team of developers to build the product in an agile process.
Userflows
After speaking with key stakeholders we established a userflow that would address their needs. A simple yet effective way to obtain leads and assign those leads to dealers within the corresponding area.

Wireframes
In order to achieve the goals of the product, two flows needed to be created. One for sales reps talking to leads, another for dealers when they are assigned a lead.
Presentation of our research and wireframes to company stakeholders allowed us to determine if our product catered to our target demographic.

Mockups
Keeping the screens simple and streamlined were crucial for these users. Sales reps needed to go through a lot of different leads and assign them to multiple dealers. Overcomplicating the page would slow down the user and essentially lose money.

Prototypes
InVision prototypes and Zeplin styleguides were provided to a team of developers for easier implementation.
The prototypes were also used to walk the client through the experience to gather feedback and ensure the application was solving the users needs.
