iQueue Feedback Platform

As the lead designer, working closely with stakeholders, project manager, and a team of developers we created the product in an agile process.

Research

The goal of this project was to make a platform where phyisicans and professionals could provide feedback on medical documents and theories remotely. Typically today, a meeting needs to be held to get the physicians feedback, we wanted to break that barrier.

Wireframes

There was a lot that needed to be tackled for this product. Wireframing really helped us ensure that each page had a purpose and allows users to acheive their goals in the minimal amount of clicks.

Physicians can't worry or think about how to navigate through the platform, their focus needs to be on the document they are providing feedback on.

Mockups

Creating the high fidelty mockups provide the detail needed for stakeholders and users to fully understand the product and how users will interact with each page. We utilized calm and cohesive colors in order to capture a professional feel.

In addition, stakeholders wanted the design to be clean and modern, so we took a widget heavy approach to allow users to easily jump from content to content without losing their place.

Due to the short timeline for this project we were unable to gather user research. Instead we looked to exisiting sites to pull from for best practices and inspiration.
